Forest Gras is an Americana Blues Boy with roots from the Fabulous Thunderbirds, ZZ Top, Albert King, Santana, Muddy Waters and Buddy Guy . His high energy shows, firery vocals, wild guitar, and original tunes will light up a crowd and kick in the dance floor. Forest has performed with or opened for Chris Beard, Kenny Neal, Brad Webb, Vince Johnson , the BB King all Stars, the Wailers, Burning Spear, Free World, CJ Chener, Jason Ricci, Brandon Santini and Delta Highway, Governor Davis, Alma Azul, Mark Robinson and many more.
While living two years in Memphis he studied Delta Blues , Rock N Roll and Soul and played hundreds of gigs and shows on Beale street and Midtown. Forest, from the country, also plays in various open-tunings in addition to his slide blues guitar work. Other influences come from Duane Allman, Derek Trucks Band, and the North Mississippi All Stars. His Native American roots come out strong in his song writing, giving his shows a very unique flavor full of Blues, Heart, and Soul.
Amanda Webb Band
Hailing from the moonshiner hills of Brown County, Indiana, this brand of smooth bourbon blues is a mix of multiple genres influenced by the European Blues tradition. Classically trained at the prestigious IU Jacobs School of Music, raised on rock n’ roll, and steeped in back wood bluegrass jams, Amanda Webb Band distill a sophisticated flavor with a major kick.
